Are you "time rich" or "time poor"?
HINT: the answer is in your story.

“I have no time” is an excuse you tell yourself.
You don't have a time problem.
You have a story problem.
Most people walk through life convinced they’re time-poor…
Yet the scarcity they feel has almost nothing to do with the hours they actually have.
It’s the narrative running in the background, the one shaping what you notice, what you prioritise, and what you believe is possible.
Here's what you might not be paying attention to:
If you’re alive today, above ground, breathing, choosing, you're "time rich". You just haven’t been seeing it.
When that story shifts, everything else shifts with it:
You make clearer decisions.
You focus on what actually matters.
You show up with a completely different level of accountability.
You don’t need more time.
You need a better story about the time you have.
Watch the video, you’ll see what I mean.
PS. this isn't rhetoric, it's a transformational behaviour. Give it a try, or go crazy and share it.
